Promotion Conditions

Promotion condition: €10 discount for your review.

  • The discount is not valid retroactively.
  • The discount is not valid in combination with other discount codes.
  • To redeem the discount code, you must enter it in the 'discount code' field in your shopping cart. The discount will then be calculated automatically.
  • The discount can no longer be applied after the order has been placed.
  • Valid on the entire webshop. The discount is not valid on gift vouchers.
  • Discount code cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The discount is only valid after writing a review on Google or Webwinkelkeur and from that day on, the discount is valid for 14 days. You will receive your email for this after writing the review.
  • The discount (€10 discount) is only valid for purchases of €50 or more (excluding shipping).

    Caro B Handmade reserves the right to unilaterally change the promotional conditions.

Are any products or product groups excluded from discounts?

Yes, discount codes are not valid on: gift vouchers and products that are already on sale. See the terms and conditions of the promotional code for more information.

Are there any additional conditions for discount codes?
Yes, discount codes are not valid in combination with other discount codes and other promotions. Discount codes cannot be used retroactively. Each discount code is valid for a certain period, after this period the discount code can no longer be used.

Can I use a discount code multiple times?
Unless stated otherwise, each discount code can be used once per person.

Can the discount code be exchanged for money?
No, a discount code cannot be exchanged for money.

What happens to my discount when I return a product?
If you return the products with which you used the discount code, the discount will expire.
Free shipping will expire on returning items once you fall below the minimum order amount. This will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

I forgot to enter the code during checkout, can this still be changed?
Unfortunately, the discount can no longer be applied after the order has been placed.
