It can always happen that something doesn't go exactly as planned
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, I will be happy to find a suitable solution with you.
Send me an email to caroline@carobhandmade.be with a clear description of your complaint and any photos of the item. And this within 14 days of receiving your package. (Proof from Bpost upon delivery). Please clearly note that you want to return the item. So that this is clear for both parties.
Please note, printed items or embroidered items cannot be returned by law. But I would be happy to work with you to find a suitable solution.

Protection for buyers
If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil . From February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU will also be able to register complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
