This item is personalized with embroidery and personally designed for you. As a result, the processing time is between 10 - 15 (working days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and holidays) if the item is in stock in the store/studio.

Shipping and returns

SHIPPING WITHIN BELGIUM

Shipping in Belgium is free from €50 at a Bpost collection point. Below €50 the shipping costs are €5.85.

You will receive a track & trace code by email when your package is ready to be shipped. The duration is 1-5 working days before the package is delivered. If the package is delayed by Bpost, I am not responsible for this delay.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

All items are made after ordering, because all items are personalized to your liking. This means it may take 2-3 weeks for items to be shipped. Handmade items have a processing time of 4-6 weeks. Everything is embroidered and handmade in Merchtem/Peizegem in my studio. Handmade in Belgium.

To maintain the quality of the fabrics for as long as possible, I have drawn up some washing instructions for you

Washing instructions for handmade make-up remover or baby wipes

  • Washing product to maintain your color
  • Place the wipes in a laundry net
  • Washing is allowed up to 60 degrees
  • Tumble dryer: use delicate programme
  • Can be ironed at a medium or high temperature on the cotton side.
  • May shrink in the washing machine

Washing instructions for handmade baby clothes, bibs, hairband, hat, snood or scarf, teething ring or cube

  • Washing product to maintain your color
  • Place small accessories in a laundry net
  • Remove wooden rings before washing
  • Place a collection cloth for the colors in the laundry
  • Washing is allowed up to MAX 30* degrees (!)
  • Tumble dryer: use a delicate program or (preferably) let it dry in the open air and flat
  • *Minky fabric fleece should not be ironed!
  • Can be ironed at a low temperature
  • May shrink in the washing machine

Washing instructions for handmade baby blankets, cuddle cloths, sleeping bag, crib cover

  • Washing product to maintain your color
  • Use a laundry net for small accessories
  • Place a collection cloth for the colors in the laundry
  • Washing is allowed up to MAX 30 degrees
  • Tumble dryer: wash on a delicate program or (preferably) let it dry in the open air and flat
  • Can be ironed at a low temperature
  • *Minky fleece should not be ironed!
  • *Printing with Flex foil should not be ironed directly, it is best to place a towel on the print and then iron.
  • May shrink in the washing machine

Washing instructions for handmade baskets or protective cover

  • Washing product to maintain your color
  • Place a collection cloth for the colors in the laundry
  • Washing is allowed up to MAX 30 degrees
  • Tumble dryer: wash on a delicate program or (preferably) let it dry in the open air and flat
  • Can be ironed on a low setting temperature
  • *Printing should not be ironed directly, it is best to place a towel on the print and then iron.
  • May shrink in the washing machine

  • Washing product to maintain your color
  • Washing is allowed up to MAX 30 degrees
  • No dryer, let it dry in the open air and flat
  • Do not iron
  • May shrink in the washing machine

You can now also choose number buttons for the birthday crown. You can easily attach this to the birthday crown with a velcro.

You can choose between different ages: 1-2-3 years or 4-6-7.

This nice birthday crown is made of cotton fabric and the number buttons are made of hydrophilic fabric. Choose the fabric for the number buttons, which is made in a unicolor hydrophilic fabric. Don't you choose number buttons? Then you don't have to choose hydrophilic fabric.
